DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General support and maintenance of the ranch facilities
• Perform general building maintenance, such as basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical servicing and repair
• Perform landscape maintenance
• Works with Operations Manager and, if applicable, licensed contractors to assist and facilitate larger repairs
• May be involved with other projects as assigned
• Perform maintenance and cleaning around the ranch, the equipment, and pools and fountains
• Help care for small chicken flock

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Experience in facility maintenance and basic livestock handling. Must have basic mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and/or janitorial. Must have working knowledge of equipment and processes needed to maintain a small ranch / owner’s residence.

REQUIREMENTS:

Manual dexterity, frequent movement, reaching and lifting, extended periods of time of walking or standing required. Ability to push, pull and lift fifty (50) pounds. Be able to work 6 days a week.

SUPERVISION:

Works under supervision of the Operations Manager to ensure that routine operations are completed.
