DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
General support and maintenance of the ranch facilities
Perform general building maintenance, such as basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical servicing and repair
Perform landscape maintenance
Works with Operations Manager and, if applicable, licensed contractors to assist and facilitate larger repairs
May be involved with other projects as assigned
Perform maintenance and cleaning around the ranch, the equipment, and pools and fountains
Help care for small chicken flock
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Experience in facility maintenance and basic livestock handling. Must have basic mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and/or janitorial. Must have working knowledge of equipment and processes needed to maintain a small ranch / owner’s residence.
REQUIREMENTS:
Manual dexterity, frequent movement, reaching and lifting, extended periods of time of walking or standing required. Ability to push, pull and lift fifty (50) pounds. Be able to work 6 days a week.
SUPERVISION:
Works under supervision of the Operations Manager to ensure that routine operations are completed.
